Completing the entry form is not guarantee of entry. Only confirmation from shop@thek9nose.com will assure your space in the trial.

You will be notified via e-mail of the results of the random draw by 10pm CT on MARCH 13, 2021. YAMM email service will be used to notify you of the results of the random draw. PLEASE CHECK your spam, or promotions folder (if using gmail) for this email, and add shop@thek9nose.com to your email provider's white list. If you are given a space in the trial, you will receive information on how to submit payment. You will then have 48 hours to complete your payment to confirm your space in the trial. Please note that in the last week before the trial, you will have a much shorter window of time to pay and confirm your spot.

Liability:
By registering for the trial, the competitor hereby assumes all risks of, and responsibility for, accidents and/or damage to her/himself or to her/his property or to others, resulting from the actions of her/his dog. The competitor expressly agree that the NACSW™, Yas Bakshian, The K9 Nose and its assignees or any other person, or persons, of said groups, shall not be held liable personally, or collectively, under any circumstances, for injury, and/or damage to her/himself, for loss or injury to property, whether due to uncontrolled dogs or negligence of any member of said groups, or any other cause, or causes.
