All domestic orders in the Continental U.S. over $75 will receive FREE standard shipping!**
Any domestic orders in the Continental U.S. with a total of $75 (excluding tax) will be refunded the shipping fee. Due to system limitations your shipping fee will be refunded AFTER you have placed your order and once your order has shipped.

**Please note, that any order that includes ORT boxes are EXCLUDED from the free shipping offer. And ComfortFlex Harnesses will normally be directly shipped from the manufacturer.

Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving your order using the United States Postal Service (USPS) using First Class, Priority Mail or Parcel Post. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships, so please make sure you have provided the correct email address. Most orders will arrive within 3 to 6 business days, parcel post orders will arrive within 6 to 12 days.

USPS is closed on the following U.S. holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day & Christmas Day!

Nose Work Trial Delivery Option
Please contact us if you would like your order to be delivered to a trial that we are attending. This will allow you to have free shipping!! Products that are EXCLUDED for the Free Trial Delivery are Essential Target Oils and Harnesses. Also, please note that Target Odors CAN NOT be delivered to a trial site (NACSW rules.) Flat ORT boxes can be delivered to local trials in the Twin Cities and Hudson area but will be unavailable for any other trials.

Special Local Pickup in Minneapolis
This option is available for customers who live in the Twin Cities or who are visiting the area. We may also be able meet up at a dog event or at a dog training center, such as SPDTC or Cloud 9 Training Scheel to hand off your order, so feel free to drop us a note to see if this is a possibility. Please allow 24 hours for your order to be prepared before planning on picking up your order.
